Appointment scheduling is terrible experience. Twice scheduled only to be told was not within insurance allowed timeframes. Similar experience last year. Amazingly the second scheduling date chosen by the office after cancelling initial appointment two hours prior. Very frustrating.

I like that the nurse or staff gets all the information from you before the actual virtual session starts. It saves time for your conversations with the Doctor. He is a great listener and takes the time to address your concerns.
